BEWARE!!!
Do not play at this casino as they do not pay out if you win. I won $700 and made a withdraw in November, after a month they tell me they don't offer that payment service and to rewithdraw my money. I withdrew it again December 15th and I have still not got it paid out yet or even out of my account, it's redicuous. Customer service just says ask teh finance department we cannot help and the finance department ignores my e-mails.
This place is a SCAM!!!

Well I have been bugging the online support here a coupel times day until finally I got an answer that makes sense. Support told me right now they cannot accept deposits other then e-wallet so they have been losing a lot of revenue...exact words from thier own support...makes total sense, in otehr words they have been losing money so they do not have enough to pay us out.
Wow...how can anyone ever trust this site again haha...last time I ever play at TopGame software casinos again...

This was my original answer but it was edited by the forum;
Hello all,
Dennis Keegan - representing 50States Casino management.
We've taken a deeper look into the situation and we'd like to explain the situation as it stands.
Player "Keenan" had received bonuses in the amount of $2,724.56. This was over 400% of his initial deposit - quite a generous bonus.
As we clearly state in the terms and conditions, bonuses at 50States Casino are indeed sticky bonuses and can be used for play only -
they are not withdrawable/redeemable for cash. Players first play with their initial deposit and then go on to play with the bonus money.
"Keenan" had lost his initial deposit amount and continued to play on the bonus amount. Amounts that players see in the cashier are total amounts – including bonuses.
Upon withdrawal, they are notified either by the system or by a staff member that they are trying to withdraw the bonus which again, in sticky,
and non-redeemable. As stated in the terms, it remains the players responsibility to keep track of winnings, bonuses and deposits. Furthermore,
players are invited to contact our service departments in order to periodically request this information should they need it.
All of the money in "Keenan's" account upon the time of withdrawal was play money. Because we valued him as a customer, our management team decided
to allow for $1,000 to be issued as a real money withdrawal. This was a sign of goodwill on behalf of 50States Casino as clearly stated in our terms and conditions -
"Keenan" was not due any money.
We hope that we've been able to clarify the situation. It's important that players keep track of the bonus money they receive and we hope that "Keenan" does
appreciate the withdrawal that we generously gave him - (most casinos do not do this) and that he continues to play at our tables, where he is most welcome.
Kind regards,
Dennis Keegan
